Your future residence is located on the Oosteroever in Ostend, the ultramodern new part of Ostend. You will stay in Residence Baelskaai 20, on the 4th floor with a view of the quay and fishing boats, and also with a view of the beautiful park with pond (under construction, but children can already play there). Take long walks by the sea, enjoy a pleasant stroll in the bustle of the city or enjoy a nice dinner in one of the countless restaurants. Our new holiday apartment (105m²) contains a large spacious living room with lots of light and a 180° view. The whole apartment has tiled floor throughout. Everything was furnished with new trendy furniture. High ceilings and high windows, starting from the ground, provide an open view of the surroundings. South facing terrace and living room. 2 elevators available. fire alarm. Pets are not allowed. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed (180x200) and an 'en suite' bathroom with spacious shower. 2 bedrooms each have a bunk bed. There is a 2nd bathroom with bath. The living room has digital television, and of course WIFI is also available. The open kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances: dishwasher, integrated combi-oven with microwave, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, coffee machine, blender, etc.... All household goods available! There is a storage room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. You can enjoy the sun and surroundings on the balcony/terrace (6m²). There is a closed garage available for your car and bicycles, in the closed underground garage, if desired also a bicycle storage room, stroller / cart storage. All necessities for a nice holiday are available! Only 1 tram stop from the station and easily accessible by car! 500 m from the beach, sea and dunes, the fish market and Fort Napoleon.
